Kevin is a ServiceM8 Certified Partner and the founder of ChanAutomation, based in British Columbia, Canada. He works with trade businesses across Canada and the United States.
He started in ServiceM8 consulting — helping trade businesses set up job management, automate workflows, and stop running their operations out of spreadsheets and group chats. That work expanded into broader AI and automation consulting, custom web apps, and building software tools for the trades.
Kevin also builds Service Plan Pro, a billing and service plan add-on for ServiceM8 businesses, and writes The Ops Shortcut, a weekly newsletter on practical automation for service business owners.
